My bankrutcy lawsuit was finallized in August of 2010 it included a mortgage through BAC. Now some how Green Tree has filed a summons to appear and is sueing me for the remainder of the mortgage. I can't afford a lawyer but the bankrutcy paperwork clearly has BAC on it. However they are not the ones suiing me it is Green Tree..... I have never had dealing with Green Tree. When I look at the total of the outstanding mortgage the price is almost the same
