I have paid this company lots of money!!!! I have been with this stinking company for over tweleve years and can't refiance with another company because of them. They Harass me from 6am-11pm mon-sun yes sun.
They are rude and nasty and hateful people. They will call you a lier and tell you to shut up and to move our of you trailer if you are 10 days late. our trailer new financed 31155.00 with 11% interest totaling 106812.00 plus what ever fee or fine they feel like adding to it!!!!
My monthly payment are never the same!!!
They add fees for insurance and even if you have it with someone else. you call and tell them then the bill is still the same charge so you call again and it will be for a lawyer fee. What lawyer???? What I didn't hear/see/talk with no lawyer but got charged $594.88. They add things to your bill and can't explain why?? They are robbing millions from people!!!! They are cheaters and liers!!!!!

UNLIKE MOST OF THE LETTERS I READ, I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT TO GREENTREE BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE INSURANCE THING AND ADDED CHARGES OF INTEREST, AND 3 INSURANCES. IF YOU WANT TO REALLY GET THEM YOU HAVE EXPOSE THEM WHERE IT WILL AFFECT THEM. I WROTE THE BBB WHICH IS USELESS - JUST ANOTHER OVERRATED JOKE. I WROTE MY CONGRESSMAN AND MY SENATOR AND THEY IN TURN SEND MY COMPLAINT TO THE THE "PROPER AGENCY". IF NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS, GREEN TREE IS FINALLY RESPONDING LIKE A HUMAN BEING. THEY ARE NO LONGER RUDE TO ME. I HAVE ALSO FILED A SUITE AGAINST THEM FOR ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES. IF WE GET TOGETHER AND HOLLOW LOAD ENOUGH, WE WILL GET THOSE CROOKS BECASUE SOME ONE WILL LISTEN.
