I do wish they had a 0 star rating on here for this company! I have been a long time buyer from this dealer.9 years! 8 cars and trucks! We went in to buy a truck 11-29-09 and was basically held hostage there. The sales lady Jane Rice treated us as we where stupid and told us we just did not understand how a car deal works. She was rude right off the get go. I went there to buy a truck and not to look.She had the keys to our trade and flat refused to give them back. Of course this got heated and I blew up. I should have never cursed at her, but 10 times WE ask for our keys I do believe is enough. It had got to point of me thinking of calling the police for me to be able to leave.I will NEVER do business with this dealer or any one associated with them any longer. Sales tatics as these should not be practiced. That sales woman Jane Rice should be fired.
I have put this everywhere I can find to post it. So buyer beware!!!!
