Greenville Chrysler Dodge I traded in a well running dodge pickup truck for one of their newer dodge pickup trucks. Their truck completley broke down after 1 month and $800 worth of maintenance spent. Now they are trying to send me a bill for which they verbally agreed to pay before we signed the paperwork. In January of 2013 I traded my vehicle, a well maintenanced Dodge pickup to Greenville Chrysler Dodge in Greenville, Texas. Their vehicle I purhased was a newer model with fewer miles than mine. They agreed to pay off a single lien on my vehicle, per the salesman. We noted all the paperwork and made it official. In February of 2013 I had the vehicle maintenanced and serviced up to date. By the end of February 2013, said vehicle had completely broken down and left me stranded.

It was taken to a repair shop and repairs were quoted up to $2,000.00. This was half the bluebook value of the vehicle in question. I called Greenvilee Chrysler repeatedly, about the vehicle and its condition. They constantly told me that they could do nothing unless the vehicle was at their dealership. I call the bank and explain the situation to them, and they tell me they could not help me and that the dealership was responsible for the vehicle. The vehicle was repossessed and I was left without a penny from this transaction. They did not return my traded vehicle. They did not return my down payment. They did not attempt to alleviate the situation in any way, shape, form or fashion. The volume they acquire and locations they have, I expected more from them.
