Greg McMaster Pools Greg McMaster harassed us via sleveral threatening emails and intoxicated phone calls. We considered a restraining order but were talked out of it. He is forcing us to foreclose. Murrieta, California

Greg McMaster agreed to build our pool and pour concrete into our backyard.  We paid him all but $8,000.00 up front.  We decided to finish paying him when our demands were met.

Greg McMaster responded to this by sending us several harassing emails and calling our home at all hours rather intoxicated.  We considered issuing a restraining order but his slick lawyer talked us out of it. 

We have a patio that won't drain, cracks everywhere, a pool pump that broke within months of installation, gray pool plaster that is uneven and discolored and spa jets that have dislodged.

Greg McMaster sent us unconditional lien releases and we have in writing that he would never force a mechanic's lien or decree of foreclosure upon us.  We have recently received court papers stating that our home is to be sold at auction in order to pay upwards of $13,000.00 in back payment, attorney fees and interest.

I refuse to give my home to this unstable, harassing individual.  I have retained each and every email he has sent and his cell phone records will indicate that he did routinely call us.

Also, Greg McMaster did not file the lien within the 90 day limit.  We will fight to the end and see this one through.

Do not, I repeat, do not let this dangerous, unstable individual anywhere near your home or your children.
