Greg McMaster Pools ripoff Murrieta California

Buyer beware of this pool company, We hired them in Oct 2004 and unfortunetly had to stop the construction due to severe underground water issues. Greg Mcmaster assured us that he could continue with the pool however on the back of his contract it clearly stated the warranty would be null and void if cracking would occur from ANY underground water source.

He only did excavation and dropped off the pool equipment the first day. When we decided it was best to void the contract it took him over 6 months to pay us back. We originally paid him his first payment of almost 17,000 dollars. What he returned to us was about 9,000. He over charged us on the excavation and returning the pool equipment. I wish that I had checked his License and the better buisness bureau prior to hiring him.
