Gregg London UPC Database provided was useless and missing information per contract!!! Agreed to refund almost year ago and keep making excuses for refunding!!!!! Frisco Texas

One of the beauties of these kinds of Complain Boards, is that anyone can post anything about anybody, absent ANY verification, validation, or even identification. That being said, since my name was clearly used, let me first identify the complainaint:

Name: Premkumar Balwani
Address: 5040 SW 158th Ave, Miramar FL 33027

What Mr. Balwani fails to tell you is that he could NOT afford my Data, so I graciously agreed to a Payment Plan, which - save for the initial Payment - was the ONLY Payment made (this despite a signed Promissory Note, which was never honored).

What Mr. Balwani also fails to mention is that he DID receive all of the Data and the Images he paid for; however, he did not fully understand what he had.

And yes, I did agree to Refund his DEPOSIT, however, I chose not to when I discovered he had built his Application and was using the Data. It is, of course, unfair to seek financial redress, while using the Product you are seeking to "return".

Per Mr. Balwani's comment: "He may not have the complete database and probably is just defrauding his clients..." - please note that his comments (appearing in print) are patently false, and as such, are Libelous.

Per Mr. Balwani's comment: "Please refrain from entering into a business partnership with this person", I find it quite odd that such would be stated, as there was NO "business partnership" created, discussed, or agreed upon.

The only thing that was agreed upon, beyond Mr. Balwani's receipt of Data (which he confirms in E-Mail), is the Payment Plan that Mr. Balwani created, and never honored.
