I have long forgotten about how Gregg London ripped me off in 2006/2007, but somehow I remembered about it, looked him up to see what other schemes he is up to and saw how many more people have been ripped off by his joke of a service.

In late 2006, I placed an order for approx. 3,000 grocery item UPC database. I provided the UPCs and I wanted the data for those UPCs. Simple enough for someone who runs a business offering that exact service. My request was simple enough.

His price for this service was $1,500 and required I wire or send a check to him ASAP for him to begin work. I rushed a business check to him via FedEx and he cashed it and gave me a contract promising to complete the work in three business days.

Three business days came and went and nothing from Gregg. I called and called. No answer most times. Finally he answered one afternoon and said he was at his daughter's sports game and started engaging in small talk. He explained he was under pressures personally and asked I bear with him. I agreed I would be patient.

He continued to make promises on dates that would be eventually broken. Finally I received a small portion of the data. He said he'd get the rest to me later. In early to mid 2007, I gave up on Gregg and demanded he refund my remaining money. He said he would, but is struggling financially and cannot come up with all the money to refund at once.

I was patient again and told him he could make payments via PayPal to me of about $100/month or so until paid off. He did make a few of those payments, but suddenly stopped. After trying to contact him about the discontinued payments, he never replied and I just gave up on this man. I felt more sorry for him than angry and that is why I let it go. 

I am upset now that I see he is STILL ripping people off! Gregg, how about paying me back since it appears you are doing just fine.
