Gregor Kohn is a theif. He opened up a construction company called ADE Construction, used to have other ones like IGK. Now his girlfriend opened one called Feris Construction. They are crooks. They will scam you, take your money and forget about running, they will first completely ruin you home, tear it apart, THEN they run. Google him, Miami-Dade knows him well, he stole peoples money to pay for his impending trial.... I MEAN TRIALSSSS. He is theif and robber, Con Man. GREGOR CONMAN KOHN.

he went by the name John Mueller when he conned me. I found out later the truth that he is really Greg Kohn and googled his mugshot. I only wish I had saw this earlier. he is due in court today 4/30 in Broward. the system sucks, they keep letting this piece of garbage roam the streets and steal people's hard earned money. his kids must be so proud of him. oh and yea his girlfriend what a piece of work. she was once a guest star on the Sopranos and now does construction fraud with this loser. nice career path. they should ship her back to whatever 3rd world country she is from. they will get theirs some day. karma is a b****
