Greyhound Bus Greyhound trip was awful San Francisco, Oakland, Fresno California

My trip from San Francisco to Fresno was awful. The driver was rude and incompetent. The bus arrived around 3 hours late due to not having enough fuel when departing, the driver didn’t explain any of what was going on, it took far too long just to figure out how to refuel the bus, and there wasn’t any electricity in half of the bus. The seats were unevenly spaced, so my knees were jammed into the seats ahead of me, which had a lot of space. On the return home from Fresno, the station employees were very rude and completely ignored a person getting high in the bathroom for a half hour before I complained so much that they asked him if he was done so I could use the restroom. They acted irritated that I asked them continually to intervene. On my way from Fresno to Oakland, where I was to transfer to a San Francisco bound bus, someone was vomiting and people were yelling for the driver to stop. The driver didn’t say a word and we had to deal with the situation ourselves. The driver was also very rude.

Finally getting to Oakland I noticed that the San Francisco bound bus was over an hour and a half late, and so I had to leave the station to pay for Bart. Before this a homeless man said my bag belonged to him and the person unloading gave it to him! I yelled at the person who then said they had made a mistake. This person was not even on the bus. I would expect a refund for all of the chaos and frustration that using Greyhound caused, but from what I can tell it seems like Greyhound doesn’t care and typically refuses refunds. I will actively make it a point to write reviews on every review site I can to disuede anyone who has the option to take another carrier.
