greyhound lines inc unconscionable company that needs to go under dallas Texas

summer 2013 i purchased 2 bus tickets but could not use them- over $200. greyhound said they sent the vouchers to me twice so i asked them for proof that they actually sent them to me and they said they will only send them to my attorney. so it sounds like they want me to go thru the expense of hiring an attorney to get my tickets. meanwhile i have had other issues like having to sit on the floor or missing connections in other cities and gryhound sends an apology in the mail. so where is my refund i ask greyhound so they said they sent it. i never received any tickets from them. once the year is up im out of gas. i just want my money back now cause i dont plan to take greyhound in the future.
