Grossinger Chevrolet In Palatine ripoff Palantine Illinois

I was fooled into believing that I could purchase a 05 Grand Am with my mother being on the loan with me but not a cosigner.The salesman rode to my mothers home at 11:30 at night to sign papers constantly telling her NO you are not a cosigned. I called repeatedly to get the rest of my paperwork signed but was told that i had signed everything i needed to when i didn't sign anything.

I was later told that the car was put in my mothers name becuase he could get me a better rate this way - he NEVER discussed this with me or my mother and we didn't agree to it. I went to the dealership to talk to the salesman and get a copy of the contract he changed that my mother signed and I didn't he was NEVER there!

When we did receive the paperwork over two months later the car was over $25000 with 15015 miles at this point I went to the dealership on my lunch without calling and I spoke with his so call manager. He took me into a office and was stalling trying to hold a conversation I asked him why was the car so much and i showed him a printout from Kelly bluebook he said ok well since the contract is already signed I will fill up your tank anytime you want like that was going to ease the pain of having to pay $25000 for a car that's not worth that much. He totally ignored me after that and left me standing in the lobby!
