OMG - I read the previous report about Gillian Quinn and her consulting services. I would just like to let the author of the previous complaint know - you are definately not alone.
Gillian Quinn is a renowned fraud throughout Brisbane. She claims to have various qualfications and expertise that she simply doesn't. My company provides expertise in food services to a number of large hospitality businesses throughout SE Queensland. Somehow this woman managed to get hold of my client database and started contacting various clients claiming my company services were second class and in direct conflict with regulations and laws governing food preparation. I sat with my clients and ultimately they informed me that this liar was behind this conspiracy to ruin my company and professional reputation. When I dug a little deeper it became apparent that this woman has done the same thing with other credible health professionals throughout the country.
She claims expertise in a variety of fields and has repeatedly suggested to people she can "cure" them from a variety of ailments from heart disease to autism to hyertension and Diabetes - I then found out that she has been under treatment for diabetes herself for decades - if she can't cure herself how can she possibly claim to cure others?
My professional partner - Ima Keto (a medical professional from Japan) - and I contacted this woman on the premise of wishing to retain her services. We met with her and then confronted her about her unsavoury antics. She initially denied any such involvement, however after an hour of intense questioning she finally caved in and admitted she had - as she put it - "a problem". "I'm a complusive liar, I have to feed my family and no-one will take me seriously, so I make things up. I'm not a bad person but look at me, I'm a morbidly obese diabetic living in denial and am addicted to bacon, coconut fat and offal. I've signed up to 12 X Pete Evans online courses to better educate myself and none of these addictions come cheaply"
Once we heard this, we too realized we were dealing with a truly demented soul. We searched the internet and found various references to her ravings online - how she could cure diabetes by eating a kilogram of butter a day and other such nonsense. In one internet post she claimed she'd once eaten a hind quarter of pig (with crackling on), flushed down by a litre of lard which had sustained her for a week. When someone challenged this claim she launched into a triade of abuse and called upon her fiends to belittle the person involved. Sadly, the person involved apparently committed suicide unable to cope with the abuse directed towards her as a consequence of this evil, demented woman.
Gillian Quinn is NOT to be trusted, she is a liar and a fraud - steer clear of GRQ Consulting at any cost!

Oh dear, Gillian, you can’t lie straight in bed. You’ve repeatedly made claims of being a “nutrition expert”, I’ve seen and read such references written by yourself all over the internet. We (you, myself and Dr. Ima Keto) spoke about this when you confessed to hacking our database! Seriously, you need to get back on your medication and quickly! As far as “testimonials” are concerned – there’s not even one on your website!
More lies.
What is concocted is you and your professional standing – you have none.
You have a reputation for defaming real professionals and when you’re called to task about the outlandish claims, credentials and expertise (you purport to have) and are shown to be clearly lacking, you resort to posting more lies in this most credible of forums – that is absolutely disgusting!
Why not stick to what you’re good at – investigating faeces - and leave the nutritional science to those of us who know what we’re talking about!

GRQConsulting does not provide nutrition services. It provides HACCP and food safety consulting and auditing services to the food processing and catering industries in Queensland.
Dr Gillian Quinn, the Director of GRQConsulting, is a Queensland Government approved Food Safety Auditor. She is the longest serving Government approved food safety auditor in Queensland.
In addition to regulatory food safety audits, Gillian also prepares HACCP and Food Safety Program documentation for clients. The quality of these has been proven by their rapid acceptance and accreditation by Regional and City Councils in Queensland, or International Quality Management accreditation companies.
Government approved Food Safet Auditors are subject to a Code of Conduct that must be met for annual re-approval.
Gillian is happy to provide references and testimonials from satisfied previous customers if asked.
This complaint is vexatious and concocted. It has no truth. It does not describe any business contract undertaken by Dr Gillian Quinn or GRQConsulting. Neither does this complaint describe the character or professional reputation of Dr Gillian Quinn.
All the credentials listed on GRQConsulting.com.au as belonging to Gillian Quinn, can be substantiated and viewed Upon request. Character references can be provided by industry clients, upon request.
this is the second concocted and malicious complaint posted on this Ripoff Site about me, Gillian Quinn, and my business, GRQConsulting. The complaint refers to services in nutrition that are not offered by either me, Gillian Quinn, or GRQConsulting.
This complaint alleges hacking of a client list. This is untrue. In Queensland, the food and catering industries are small and close knit. I don't need someone else's client list. I have ample access to industry contacts through local industry organisations.
This complaint is simply untrue.
