Grumbines Rv Don't let the sales pitch fool you, there is no service. Harrisgurg Pennsylvania

 Grumbines is a Con Dont be fooled by the sales pitch!!! Once they have your money they dump you at the curb.  I purchased a 2015 Dutchan Voltage fifth wheel toy hauler from Grumbines on the sole reason I was told they have an oustanding service department, along with a $2,000.00 extended warrenty. On delivery of the rv I informed them there were issues that had not been addressed in preping the unit for me to receive it. They told me thats normal and to take the unit and use it a couple times and then scheldule the repairs once I had a complete list of issues to repair. I used it 1 time and found many more problems, like the fresh water holding tank valve leaks and the fridge doesnt even work. I called to make an appointmnt and after leaving seveal messages I was finally contactd sveral days later.

I was told I couldn't bring it in for service for 2 weeks. So I scheduled the appointment and took it in. At thus time I was told it would be a couple days before the service dept could look at it and when thay did it would take at least 2 weeks for parts to come in. I called for a status report and again after leaving several messages I was contacted days later again. At thius time the Rv has still not been looked at and was told they don't know when it would be as there so busy. I then took it up with the General manager, who was going to look in to it and call me back that afternoon. No call back as I exspected, so I call back in 2 days to speak to the GM again. Was told he is in and out of the building all day with the Grand Opening. After a heated conversation I told them I was coming in.

 Outraged, I drove to the dealer for some answers during there open house. The place was crawling with new customers and news media for the big event and I show up wit the intention of infoming customers of there service department.  Now everybody wants to be the nice guy.  The Gm greets me and gets me to the service manager. I was told the unit is in being looked at and could pick it up in 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks go by and I call again  sevral time and leave messages. Finally the service depart calls 5hrs later to inform be that it is not ready and the are just now ordering parts. Its goig to be about 2 more weeks sya the service manager. Okay It will be 2 months and still dont know if it will be ready. I filed a report with the BBB and Im going to consult and attorney. Any suggestions on what to do????
