I have been making payments with them since Aug. 2008. Still no computer. I changed banks and when i called GCF to let them know that I changed banks they wanted me to get a statement from my old bank stating that I was in good standing with them. When I asked why that matters the rep just gave me a run around answer and never really did answer my question. I have filed all the paper work to them but I still have not computer. I finally got them to stop taking money out of my account, but they will not refund me my money nor ship my computer. That is 1000.00 down the drain. I could of saved up my own money and bought myself a nice computer for that price. I learned my lesson the hard way. I think we all should get together and file a class action law suit against them.
