Guaranteed Tax Relief SCAM, FRAUD, THIEVES Las Vegas, Nevada

I signed up for services to help with my IRS tax issues in Jan. 2009. I saw an ad on television for Guaranteed Tax Relief and after checking with the BBB and other references decided to use them. I paid them $2000 down payment with an electronic check and would owe them an additional $5200. They started to work on my case and everything seemed to be going fine except that they seemed to be hard to contact. You could only leave a voice message and they did not return calls too often. Then they made an unauthorized withdrawal of the $5200 from my checking account. I finally was able to contact them about this and I was refered to their accounting office. I also sent a letter demanding a refund.  They said they would have to get back to me. They never actually did anything for me and kept stringing me along but they became extremely hard to contact and eventually all of their phones were shut off. I filled a class action lawsuit against them which will be heard soon but I doubt there are any assets left in the Corporation. I have also filed fraud charges against them for the unauthorized withdrawal of funds from my checking account. I'd be happy to join others in some kind of action against the individuals responsible because although I think they were legit at some point they became thieves.
