I am disputing a charge from Guaranteed Tax Relief in the amount of $3250.00.

On 03/06/09, I ordered IRS tax relief service  from the Guaranteed Tax Relief . I received an letter stating what they will do for me it is as follows:  1. Provide representation of me; 2. File their Power of Attorney immediately;  3. Request a hold on collections while they complete my tax resolution; 4.  Attempt to stop all future band and wages levies; 5. Attempt to reduce or eliminate current wage levy/garnishment;  6. Order my Tax Transcripts; 7. Review my Tax Transcripts; 
8.  Send their  initial Client Packet for my completion; 9.  Send Client Tax Organizers if they are preparing missing returns; 10. Review my financials provided in their initial client packet;  11.  Analyze my financials and determine best tax resolution;  12. Provide me with analysis of my options; 13.  File  2007 2008 Tax Returns.  14. Penalty Abatement  15. Summit OIC   16. Protective Installment Agreement  17. Prepare necessary paperwork for my tax resolution;  18. 
Present and negotiate my tax resolution to the taxing authority,  19. Finalize my tax resolution,  the same day that confirmed my order in the amount above. I was also told that I would receive this service as soon as possible with continuous contact from Guaranteed Tax Relief. However, I never received any contact form GuaranteedTax Relief nor have they filed my 2007 or 2008 taxes, Request a hold on collections while they complete my tax resolution, Attempt to stop all future band and wages levies. Attempt to reduce or eliminate current wage levy/garnishment. Send Client Tax Organizers if they are preparing missing returns.  Provide me with analysis of my options.  File  2007 2008 Tax Returns. Penalty Abatement. Summit OIC.  Protective Installment Agreement.  Prepare necessary paperwork for my tax resolution.  Finalize my tax resolution.  .
On  06/15/09, I contacted Guaranteed Tax Relief  via phone to request that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. Guaranteed has only refunded $650.00  to date and would not agree to refund my remaining money. I can  not receive a response from the company. I have not yet received my full service or full refund. I have not received any tax relief assistance from this company to date and now it has put me in a chapter 13.
