I spent around $2000 on a warranty through this company when I purchased new furnitre for my whole house less then 2 years ago. I call to file a claim for a hole in my couch and the clear coat on my table peeling off. The claim got denied because the are saying it is normal wear and tear. I have had cheaper things the alot longer and never had any of these problems with any of them, so this is in NO WAY normal wear and tear!
