Master Seal Guardian Protection Products, Inc. Warranty on leather furniture not honored Hickory North Carolina

I purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, club chair, and ottoman (along with a coffee table, end table, and lamp) from Sofa Express in Bowling Green, KY.  At the time of purchase, we also purchased a lifetime warranty on the leather.  We were told that we should use the provided Master Seal furniture protectant products on a regular basis and that we could get refills at any time at that location at no further expense to us.  The label on the product box reads "SX-DU1P-OP01C Combo Kit-Sofa Express PL Combo Warranty".  Less than 4 weeks after we made our purchase, we received notice that Sofa Express had filed bankruptcy and had closed their doors.  We've been unable to find any information or local vendors to honor the expensive warranty we purchased.
