Guardian Security Systems ripoff Home security company dishonest ways to get business Smyrna Tennessee

I owned my own Security system and after passing over the better companies I settled for Guardian Security due to what I was told when I talked to one of their employees. Which was if I chose the 19.99 plan to monitor then after a year they would move my system and all my service would be free for the upkeep. I moved and after a year they wanted to charge me to move my system.

My system has been in a bag on my counter for the past 3 months and they are still sending me monitoring bills. I turned them over to the BBB(which they are not a part of,wonder why?)They came to do some work on my system in July on the 17th(which was to be covered). Befor the man left, I told him the system was still not working after he got in his truck. When I turned them over to the BBB, a July bill shows up in Sept. Then they had a nerve to use racial slurs about me trying to beat the system. They all lie and this is scary for people that are in the Security Business.

The service call was surpose to be covered under the 19.99 plan. I am not paying them anymore money for a monitoring fee and my system is in a bag on my counter. They have a nerve to keep harrassing me about what I do not owe them.

This shows how low they will stoop. I am also going to turn them over to the Attorney General for being deceptive in their approach to get business.

I never would have gone with them if I was not told they would move my system after a year for free. I want everyone to know that they are Scams

My theory has always been, if you will lie, you will steal. Wonder how many people that have Guardian Security has had a break in? Chris, you all sure do lie!
