After paying $300 for their furniture protection plan on a sofa, they refused to pay for either repair or replacement on damage that was listed in their brochure as coverageable. They slithered out of paying by claiming the damage was over 1 1/2" from the seam!..... Their list of exclusions is longer than the list of items they supposedly cover (though I'm not sure what that actually includes)...
