UNETHICAL company. They make it extremely difficult to file claims, and make you jump through hoops. After this is all said and done they didn't even cover the damage.

Upon buying the protection plan we were under the impression that this plan covered virtually everything. Unfortunataly they cover barely anything, if you read the small print. And you have to file everything JUST SO or they won't even consider the claim.

I'm very surprised to see that they are accredited with BBB. I will be contacting them for sure.

My advice; opt out if you are offered guardsman protection plan when you are buying furniture.
