Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Recently I filed a report, # 0330325.htm and now since gunbroker has been made aware of this report they have decided to shut me out so that I can not access my gunbroker account. Please remove my complaint from ripoff report so that gunbroker will once again allow me to access my account.

You are now toast...history as far as GunBroker.com is concerned.
Cancelling your complaint will not get you anywhere, as they really do not give a rat's a__ about you as a member.
There is no way to contact them, they have no real customer service, and what they call customer service is abusive, but never does anything but stroke you...tell you it has been taken care of.
Once the gods have spoken, you are toast and have no way to respond.
Steve Urvan is the owner, and he is much too busy with his jetsetter lifestyle, to deal with such mundane things as running his company.
He is aloof, and not able to be contacted by us peons.
We simply do not count, and are not worth dealing with.
If you are looking at doing business on Gunbroker.com...Caveat Emptor...let the buyer beware...as sooner or later...they will burn you...and you will have absolutely no recourse.
Been there...Done that!
