Guthy Renker Wen Haircare Item Not received , Wrong address, Still Charged !! Palm Desert, California

Wen haircare claims they shipped an item to my mailbox in a mail store. They didn't put my correct address on it according to them and I didn't receive it. I followed up after recieving a bill and asked them what it for. They said they shipped it and I would need to fax an affidavit of not receiving the item. I did within 2 days of recieving. I almost never use that mailbox. I went to the mailbox and there were 3 or 4 letters saying I still owed them money.

I called the phone number I had . The first customer svc person said they don't ask people to fax the affidavit. The person they escalated it to said if I fax I need to call and notify that it's been faxed . The supervisor Ruth id 5875 acct supervisor said they do take faxes and they didn't receive. The only thing they all agreed on was weather I received it or not I owe them $90. A total SCAM . I will always look at Guthy Renker and Wen as a fraudulent operation .
