Guthy Renker Wen Haircare Fraud Santa Monica, California

Guthy Renker is the most unorganized enterprise out there. 2 months I have been calling about a credit refund for products that I cancelled within the two weeks of recieveing the sample kit from wen haircare. The products came and they sent vitamins to my home free of charge that i had not ordered, I called and cancelled the membership since they automatically sign you up for continuous service and that had not been done. I am doing my books and I see a charge for vitamins on my account and i immediatly call and ask why, they assured me my credit card had been removed and my membership was cancelled and yet it still had not been done two weeks later and i still had not recieved the refund.  One week later I get another charge to my account for more wen haircare products that i thought we were all in agreement that it was cancelled. I recieve both packages in the mail I check the invoices for return slips and wouldnt you know....nothing. Now I am making my 4th call to this awful company and they tell me it will be 7-10 days to even RECIEVE the return slip and I have to pay for shipping (for something i never ordered and am now forced to deal with) another 7-10 for them to recieve the package and yet 10 more days upon recieving package to start processing my refund TODAY I call 10/21/2011 I speak with kelsey who is probably the biggest idiot of them all and she tells me that after one whole week they still have not mailed the return slip and that my credit card that supposedly was deleted from there files was charged back incorrectly..

WOW! So guthy renker you really arent losing any money are you? making all your money off interest from my money that shouldnt have been taken and am owed. Let me go on about the actual phone calls and idiots they have working the customer service department...Paul and Kelsey (Mrs I have a last name and I am not obligated to give it out so that I cant ask for you the next time I call because this issue is STILL going on) I call about hte vitamins I am transferred LITERALLY 3 times to different departments all saying the last department handled the vitamins and then proceededto give me the SAME phone number I called TWICE to reach the correct department and each time its.....Wrong department maam. needless to say I asked to speak wth supervisors both times and then I got Kelsey and Paul, what qualifies them as supervisors again? I expalined every time I was on the phone that i did not want to deal with this any more and I will take proper steps to ensure that if my situation was not resolved that day while on the phone with me and i wanted to sever the relationship with this company immeditaly. I am thorughly disgusted and HIGHLY HIGHLY annoyed and upset. Wen is a good product too bad you dont have the buisness sense to understand how it all this works, Customer happy and safe=return customers  and more money LEGITIMATELY. There,  that little tip is a freebie, I hope you take it to heart. I want all my money back from every single transaction we have made, I am done being the door mat for Guthy renker.  Sara Cleveland, Ohio
