Guthy/renker - crepe erase Misleading, false advertisement of price. Customer service very very rude. Internet

I received my first order and only order in February. Decide leads you to believe that you pay the $59 plus tax which I did it does not anywhere on the shipping order or anywhere else on the website statement there are two more payments to that first order.. It also says that after that first order you will receive a second shipment which I did not receive and they charged me two more payments of 60-65 or whatever it was I want to know how it can say absolutely nowhere on my statement that there will be two more charges for that first shipment I was under the assumption that the payments were for the shipment that I would be getting that would be my second shipment in June and the papers to order was $60.

I want to know how they can get away with doing this to people and then treating them the way that they treated me when I asked them to explain it to me because I was reading their own emails to them and they were still treating me like I was an idiot and a child. As far as I'm concerned they only $120 because nowhere on that statement or in the paperwork that they sent me did it say that there would be two more payments it says one low price of 59.95 bottom line that is all there is to it that is what it says so better to payments that I thought were for my next order which is now in June.

It says right on my receipt the order total is 59.95. order total, not first installment of order. The email they sent me said, after my first initial order I will be receiving my second order and that will be in three payments.. I'm sorry but as far as I'm concerned I should only show them the $60 with their site says it's it's and that my receipt says it is because it's his one order 59. 95 order total.. ORDER TOTAL 64.90. it does not say first installment of order something needs to be done about this and there rude customer service. I am a single mother of 4 and I cannot afford for people to be ripping me off like this.
