On October 10 I purchased a hyundai elantra used (2007) with a warranty from gwc ,well after having the vehicle less than 60 days the transmission went out. I then had the vehicle towed to a repair shop and was told that I did not have a warranty, this went on for 2months so after the repair shop permission to fix the transmission in was contacted by gwc and said that I should not given the repair shop permission to fix the problem and that they only pay for used transmission only.
