H and H Winners Circle Overcharged my credit card and did not deliver the items Kilgore Tennessee

I attempted to buy three Breyer horses from this business from their website.  The purchase was mande on November 10, 2013.  My crredit card was charged immediately, for over $100 more than the purchase price.

I attempted to call the number listed on the website at least 20 times and it went to a recorded mesage every time.  I sent numerous e-mails to the e-mail address and never received a response.  As of December 6, the Breyer horses have not been delivered and the money has not been credited back to my account.

Through research, I was able to find a personal cell number for one of the owners of the company, Matthew Hanson.  I called him and left a message.  He called me back and assured me that I would recieve the horses and the erroneous charge would be corrected.

I still have not reeived the merchandise and have not received a credit, even though they e-mailed my wife and said that they were cancelling the order and refunding the full amount.

I did not want the order canceled, I wanted the horses and the over charge credited back.  I still have not received another call from them or a response to my e-mail.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company!
