Hagerstown Ford Chop shop quality work after rear- end collision Hagerstown Maryland

I was in a rear end collision on 9.14.15 and the night mare began. My insurance recommended I take my car to Hagerstown Ford to be repaired what a BIG MISTAKE!! The car was returned to them THREE times to have the car repaired correctly to no avail. So I took the car to another shop an had them look at it  ONLY to discover the CHOP SHOP job Hagerstown Ford had done to my 2012 Toyota Camry. The trunk was not repaired back to standard just a piece of the trunk was cut out an GLUED back into place with out being welded as it was before accident, the frame rail was still bent, the trunk don't line up ,the paint job was like they did it in your own back alley garage with the body putty showing through the paint not to mention tape under the clear coat, paint on the leather seats, clear coat all over the windows. The car was never lined up after these shotty repairs and they call this standard safety??? So my husband went and talked to Rick Kelly Manager at Hagerstown Ford to try to resolve this but  to no avail except to offer us to bring our car back to them for the 4th time to fix it!! Are you kidding me??? The real issue here now is the TRUST ISSUE!!! I feel we gave them every opportunity to make it right and every time it got worse. So as it stands now after paying Hagerstown Ford almost $6000.00 to fix my car we have to pay this other shop almost another $6000.00 to REFIX the car back to SAFETY STANDARDS. 

So needless to say after 3 months my car is still not repaired yet. So be warned Hagerstown Ford doesn't care how your car is repaired as long as it looks good the heck with the safety standards!! They don't care if they put you an your family in a car to go down the highway KNOWING it is not back to SAFETY STANDARDS and someone could get killed its all about the MONEY with this dealeraship an to cut every corner possible to repair at the CHEAPEST measure all SAFETY OUT THE WINDOW!!!

Hard lesson learned NOT to deal with Hagerstown Ford if you want your vehicle fixed back to SAFETY STANDARDS!!
