Hair Diva - Wigaliscious.com They took my $200 and never sent the wig Internet

In March 2009 I saw an ad in craigslist for Full lace wigs, I sent and email. I received a response from someone identifying themself as "Dee". I told her what I wanted she quoted a price of $199.99 that I payed via paypal. The wig was suppose to ready in 2 weeks, after two weeks I emailed her she responded saying the manufacturer had shipped the wig and she was waiting for a confirmation number. A week later I emailed her again she stated that it was unlike the manufacterer not to contact her and that she was going to send him a stern email. Four weeks later on 5/28/09 I emailed her and told her I was starting to feel scammed, she replied she was not a scammer and immediately issued me a paypal refund. Two weeks later paypal notified me that the refund had failed. I contacted her and was told she was transferring money into the account and I would have my refund in a week. Another week later no refund I emailed her again, I was told the manufacturer had disappeared with her money from several orders and 1000's of dollars and that she was working overtime on another job to replace the money. So I said look you have stock units right? She replied yes and emailed me the stock unit list, I picked one and she said I would have it in 5 to 7 days because it was coming from a warehouse. Guess what ? Eight days later no wig, I emailed her again. This time she said she had to pay for the unit upfront with her own money and I would have the wig in my hand by Friday 7/18/09 at the latest. On 7/16/09 and 7/17/09 I emailed her and asked for the confirmation #, I also stated if the unit was not on its way for whatever reason please let me know. It is now 7/20/09 and I haven't heard from her. There was absolutely no money in the account for paypal to send me, so I was told they would watch the account and if any funds appeared in it they would deduct my money. When paypal sent me the refund notice it listed Hair Diva as the name and Wigaliscious.com as the website. I checked and the website is up and running, I sent messages through their contact us link but there has been no reply. The number listed is:800-916-2411 but it is temporarily out of order. I read another complaint on this site about this company and she was told a totally different bunch of lies from me. So now I am trying to get some contact info on this company so I can try to sue them in small claims court
