Hair Diva ,wigaliscious.com Took Money Received no Product or Refund Internet

On May 14,2009 while looking through Craiglist. I saw an advertisement for Brazillian hair, and lace front wigs for sale. I immediately contacted the number on this listing and requested additonal information be emailed to me. I received the additonal information and photos and was pleased and decided to place an order. I ordered 3 packs of hair and the total was 309.99 I was assured that I would receive the hair within 7 days. I paid for the purchase via paypal to protect myself, what a joke that was. On 5/19/09 I emailed the seller requesting a tracking number and was informed that I would receive a confirmation email shortly. On 5/21/09, I inquired again on the status of my order. Received an email back on 5/22/09 stating that the Sales Manager Dee was waiting to hear back from the warehouse guy, I received that email at 6:03 AM and 6:00 PM I emailed back to check if anything had been found out and was informed to give it until Tuesday after Memorial Day to see what happened with the order.When I did not hear anything by Wednesday I contacted Paypal and did a dispute and requested a refund. The seller agreed to refund me the money. And I was ever so happy.

However on 5/28/09 I received an email from Paypal indicating that the refund was returned by the bank for NSF and they would try again in 3 days, When the 3 days passed, Paypal was able to retrieve 35.64 of my 309.99, and they have now told me it is up to me to get the rest back. The seller continues to state different excuses such as someone wrote them a large bad check and they are having problems with PayPal. All I can say is BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, these people are not right.
