Halicon Brokerage Group is NOT a legitimate business. DO NOT continue any communications you may have with them. Information about my contract with Vidanta was obtained illegally and not because they have a certified/guaranteed buyer. I have reported them to Vidanta (as have many others). I have spoken with the owner/property manager of the building they supposedly have an office in and that is bogus. Halicon was not able to provide me with thier broker's license numbers. They were also not able to point me to US IRS language that would prove I am exempt from any of the taxes they claimed I would be because "I don't have a deeded property, so there is no paper transaction to trace. Money just appears on your account." Again, DO NOT continue anything with this group.
