Halo Debt Solutions Mrs. Monique Owens, Mrs. Tomeka Lawler, Mr. Mallory, Mrs Linda Berry Deceiving, tookmy retainer and simply lied all the way to my small refund even the H.D.S. site shown I was due well over what I recieved BUT I did sign check with SIGNED UNDER PROTEST Allen , Texas

I want to start off true. I needed help with a credit card debt, so I didn't know where to turn. So I did research and came up with this organization. Once I talked to Mrs. Monique Owens, she made promises that didn't fulfill the results. A target debt amount was agreed to and amount I be charged for the services were paid upfront from any and all my first payments $1453.20, paid in full then after 1 year and 8 months, I needed to conclude this settlement with Discover Card Mrs. Youlonda. Now, I was first asked to make no more calls to Discover Card and allow H.D.S. do all contacts. I did as I was requested and retained the services of this company. Then I was advised by Mr. Tomeka Lawler, another person who stepped into the actions, of each time I find a false response.

I was then directed to another person as shown. Mr. Mallory final advised me to call and make the settlement myself. While I did this Mrs. Tomeka Lawler advised me to call and talk to Discover card representative. Mrs. Young asked if I was still being represented by Halo Debt Solutions. I was advised by Mrs. Lawler to not give any a information as H.D.S is still on representing my claim, so for the record, I told Discover card representative that H.D.S. is not doing anything to settle my case and Mrs. Young wanted a letter expressing this and Mrs.Lawler did send me a letter of this action as Halo Debt Solutions is not representing my claim any further. Once I faxed this, I was then asked by Mrs. Young to call her and we settle the debt I owe Discover card. I did settle at a amount over what Halo Debt Solutions promised me they have the target amount settle for but then H.D.S. closed my case so I did the settlement own my own.

 So then, once Discover was satisfied, I then requested a refund from H.D.S. and on the site of Halo Debt Solutions, I saw a refund of $222.02 but then H.D.S made excuses why I wasn't due a refund and all these so called lawyers they used expired my fees, I paid. I requested 25% since I did the work without the help of Halo Debt Solutions. To add to the facts while I was talking to Mrs. Young, of Discover Card, Mrs Lawler had me on another phone she was listening to my call via three way call. I am asking if I dont get the remaining $129.99 would be the balance shown on Halo Debt Solutions site of my progress then this fact complaint remains on file for the full duration of the Statue of Limitations for all concerned to see. I did get a $92.03 refund check I signed on the back SIGNED UNDER PROTEST
