If only i'd seen this website before today!!
I've been totally 'had' by Hammer Properties.. I was told that they WOULD get me a reduction on my business rateable value. After too-ing and fro-ing over the past 8 months, i get told that my appeal has been rejected!!
Ohhh... and guess what.. after the consultant originally told me that i would get a FULL REFUND should they fail to get the rate reduced, they're now saying that the cost for for a SERVICE...!!!
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS... they lure you in, chew you up and spit you out £500-£600 out of pocket!!
I appreciate any feed-back on how to take legal action against these con-artists!!!!

Following on from my initial statement, i must point out to any potential customers of Hammer Properties that i did receive documentation from them that i signed. Therefore in legal terms, they have not done anything against the law.
Although i still maintain that their telesales person made numerous claims to me that at present, have not been fulfilled, my original statement was probably harsh and written in 'the heat of the moment' following a heated conversation with Hammer Properties themselves and after reading many other customer reviews both on Rip of Report and other internet sites regarding Hammer Properties.
I have asked rip of report to remove the last two sentences from my original statement as i feel that this isn't a reasonable statement and it's up to any potential customers themselves to determin for themselves whether they wish to engage in the services that Hammer Properties provide.
