Handyman Club Of America did not send test products-screw extractor set Minnetonka Minnesota

Not long ago I too joined both clubs above based on their information and subsequent packets received. I also paid for advance membership for 3 years on the promise of receiving $40.00 in gas rebates; this was not true.

Not long after my payments were received for both memberships above, i received high rpessured sales telemarketers calling em telling me my rebates were coming but wanted to try to push me inot other monthly subscriptions for various other products I did not want.

When I received my expected rebate, it was from a ValuPLus ONline organization who said I HAD TO JOIN THEIR CLUB FOR $19.99 PER MONTH BEFORE I GET MY PROMISED $40.00 IN GAS REBATES- BUT THAT I HAD TO FIRST PAY FOR MY GAS AFTER THAT TIME, TURN IN MY RECEIPTS TO THEM, TO THEM GET A CREDIT/REFUND "FINALLY"". This is plain wrong...

Then after not receiving to promised tools to test from Handyman Club, I demanded both of their organizations to Cease & Desist and refund my monies and to STOP giving my private information out to this other telemarketing firm they are tied to who called several times trying to pressure me into other programs I do not want.

This is bad busienss behavior and fraudulent, as what was promised by both Handyman Club of America & North American Hunting Clubs was a lie and I threatened charges to FTC & Minnesota Attorney General's office if we do not receive our monies refunded and our private information recaleld from that telemarketing firm they are using..
