Hannaford Bros Kaylynn Roy bakery manager what im trying to say i was terminated for not cleaning the bakery area when i did. We were having a sanitation audit and she new if reprimanded for this i would automatically be terminated due to store policy Rochester NH

I feel Kaylynn Roy wanted me gone. She new i was homeless and was currently walking from the motel i was staying at .The place i had to walk from was 4 hrs away cause someone stole my keys.I would leave at 5am to be in Rochester by 9 AM. She new everything my apartment was condemned in October had to leave in two days . My children were taken away to live with their aunt.No place to live and doing my best. I WAS late a few times once 13 min instead of 10 can't go through a train.another time a half hour after i told her i couldn't work after on the request sheet i told her i couldn't work cant be in two places at once.

And then the big weather storm lots of snow i showed up 1hr late wich i told her the day before i was. My last step i called Kaylynn telling her i wouldn't be in for my 2:30 pm shift. She said if i didn't come in i would still get a step.So i finally got a ride and showed up at 4:45 TO WORK i worked till 8 pm.She added all these steps to make it look bad on my behalf.So i would be violating Hannafords tardy policy and have back to back steps before the 6 week time limit.SO NOW without a job makes it even harder to survive. And some previous medical issues have resurfaced that Kaylynn also knew about.She new i was getting ready to see my doctor for possible back surgery.She knew exactly what she was doing and after being employed almost 17 years in May I just can't believe the discrimination and the way i was terminated from a family owned well known business.
