Harborside Financial Services They sent me a check for $2990.00 and I called them and they told me to put that check into the bank and it would take 24 hours to clear or 5 business days ripoff Jersey City New Jersey

I got this letter in the mail for $2990.00 and it said to call so I did the lady told me to put the check into the bank and call back when it clears.
She said that it would take 24 hours or 5 buiness days to clear and then call back to let them know that it cleared.

Then they would send me a cahiers check by fed ex within 24 hours. They would also give me a tracking number and routing number if it did not arrive in 24 hours.
Why do people does this? This is just cruel and these people should be stopped at once!
