Harborside Financial Services sent me a check for 3,020 that was no good. ripoff Stamford Connecticut

This company sent me a letter saying that I had won 2nd place in the north American prize pool. They sent me a check saying that it covered administration and clearance fees. I deposited the check into my wives bank account on Friday the 13th.2007.

Today (which is Friday the 20th 2007)My wifes bank informed her that the check was no good and that the bank has closed her account./ She came home from the bank with a copy of the the check which she got from the band - it was stamped COUNTERFEIT.
