Hardware Online Store Bad Customer Service Miramar, Florida

I placed an order on the 28th of last month and was waiting for delivery. I called today to check on it and was told by a very rude customer service lady that it takes 10 business days to receive it. Well today is the 10th business day and I asked for a tracking number and she very rudely said "I don't have one. I will have

one when it is shipped". It didn't ship yet? She said it will be another 10 days to receive it. Now I am trying to be calm and asked it we can have it any sooner and she said "no 10 days more". She was so rude and any question I asked was met with a combative attitude. She finally said loud and harsh "what do you want me to do", which I took as... do you want to cancel the order or what. So I did. She said OK I will cancel it. I asked for a confirmation number and she quickly gave 10973 off the top of her head which I felt she made up. When I asked her for her name she said Michelle which I am not sure if she gave me the right name. I am so shocked by her tone and attitude. I did not raise my voice once and didn't think I was asking for any ting unreasonable. This was one of the worse customer service members I ever encountered. I really wanted this order and she really left me with no option the way she was handling it. I will never order from there again.
