Hargrave And Associates Hargrave and Assco. promised to help increase my credit score & send a creit card for 500.00 with 100 sign up the have failed to increae scor and I have never received a credit card or 50.00 for referring others. Jacksonville Florida

On October 31,2007 I sign up for what seemed to a promising but inexpensive way to increase my credit I was misled that the firm knew over 300 laws that consumers were not aware of but were taken advantage of and creating poor credit scores and for a 1 time fee of only $250.00 within 4-6 months my credit score would increase. I was even sent a card once I had signed up promising $50.00 for everyone I referred. At the end of my six months I was given a phone number to call to get my credit score for additional fee. I refused to file for the report I was told that other things had appeared on my credit and for additional 200.00 that any negative information would be taken off, I again refused that offer. On June 28 I receive a card from Hargrave & associates credit card department offering to increase my credit score by sending this already approved master card for 500.00 limit with a one time 100.00 processing fee. When I called to inquire I was not yet ready to accept then I receive an email from a Michael Owens of Hargrave & Assco.. I then called on October 17th to accepted the credit card offer and ask if it was too late to accepted. I was informed no and I grave my debit card number and I was informed that it would take 5-7 day for original application to come and to sign and send it back and it would take 10-14 day for the credit card to come ready to use. After about 11th day I called the number to see what happened to the application I begin to get recording leading me to options to select that would automatically hang up or would give a recording as if I had called after business hours I called every day for 2 weeks and on November 3 I e-mailed Michael Owens back and explained I was having a hard time getting thru I learn not was his emailed no longer working but neither was the email of helpmycreditnow.com. I contacted the chamber of commerce of Jacksonville FL and contacted the Attorney General office to file a consumer repot against that company. I was informed that the state of FL has a lot fraud companies set up. I have been taken for a total of 350.00 and credit score has only increased by 60 points not above 600 as promised and I not yet received a credit card.
