WARNING!!!! Minus every star! 

This is the most shady company ever. A solicitor is sent door to door, that's red flag one, especially since every roofing company is booked due to the storms. This company is in Taylor, we are in Northern Macomb county. I would of shut the door, solicitors or strangers do NOT belong on my property.  This needs to be a law that needs to be implemented in every state. I thankfully have security cameras interior and exterior & a state of the art alarm system. 

My husband dealt with this character. He came out twice; once he say & waited for our insurance adjuster to come. A. They have NO business in our business.  ( Keep in mind, I the homeowner was never contacted by this company.) I'm in my kitchen and see a man and a woman walking through my backyard. I am very private and do NOT want anyone I don't know on my property, especially in my yard. B. You don't bring your girlfriend to an "estimate" which we never received, he was too busy finding out what our policy was going to pay. Psychology 101! My husband, then told me he was just getting an estimate. Which, we never did receive. 

He gave my husband a packet of their bb & licensee and had my husband sign; saying it was just that he was out, ummmm, no, it's a contract if we don't use them we have to pay 20% and their legal fees!! A NO! Not happening, that's some scam they have going.

When I was apprised of this misleading representation, I called the guy that came out, told him, we are NOT using them, they have horrible reviews, I the homeowner did not ok this. This guy said, he already bought the stuff! What stuff? No estimate, no shingles were picked etc.. I called the owner. N/A. Left a message. No call back. I then in turn, I called our attorneys & went directly to our other in regards to this matter. I don't think they want to mess with our very high profile lawyer.

Oh, and their worker said,"he spent 16-18 hours at our home". Laughable! Not even close. I can pull up our surveillance.. I am going to have my lawyers handle this if they do not rectify this situation properly. Stay away, far away, from this company! I will post the results of this mess after and if it's resolved.
