Harris Ford added false items on the trade in sheet they showed me. One of them, called "Safty, LOF" and which they stated, was required by state law. They also had other items on the sheet, like market adjustment, reconditioning and detailing. All in all the fee's came upto $2200.00 reduction in the supposed value of my trade in.
