You receive a notice welcoming you to their club, stating that you can cancel your membership at any time during the free trial period. The phone number on the membership card only leads you to more phone numbers. When you determine what number to call, you can't get through. The phone rang for a minute and a half, then a recorded message said that my call would be answered as soon as a customer service representative was available.

I called four times so far and was left on hold for fifteen minutes each time before hanging up. I don't even think I was on hold. The line sounded dead. This company is knowingly stealing money from people. I don't have money to throw away.
