Hawaiian Airlines is a total ripoff.

The airlines has charged me twice for the same fee.

Instead of charging me $400, they took $800.

I filed a complaint with Hawaiian Airlines (HA), and they gave me a $400 voucher/travel coupon I cannot use.

Then I told the FAA about HA, and they told me that HA didn't do anything illegal.

Be aware, people. HA is an airline who wants money for free!
