As a frequent flyer I find Hawaiian Airlines to be the most uncaring and unsafe airline in the world. I suffered a near fatal injury on board their flight from Hawaii to Sydney and the staff could not give a !@#$ !!

The curtain rod / beam fell on my knee and when I requested the staff -Cheryl to stop reattaching the rod / beam she refused to listen. This beam /rod could have easily fell on my head or my mother's as she was sitting right under the beam/ rod.

Hawaiian airlines staff including the Captain have no idea how to deal with difficult situations on board to alleviate passengers anxiety when unforeseen events occur. This flight was delayed on the tarmac for 2 hours and the staff kept screaming orders in the microphone throughout this delay.

Fly Hawaiian airlines at your own risk as it is the most unsafe and disorganized airline in the world !! etc........

Hey Robert

The curtain rod / beam that fell on my knee caused me considerable pain for weeks.  The beam /rod was made out of heavy steel metal not aluminium.  I repeatedly told the Hawaiian staff - Cheryl to stop reattaching the curtain rod / beam and she refused to listen.  This beam /rod was almost directly underneath where my mother was sitting.

I wish I was a drama queen so they would have had to throw me off the plane.  Then I could have reported this to the Australian Media for their lack of care.  I wish I had told the staff to go !@#$ off.  Maybe then they would have listen to and taken care of me after I got hurt. Instead the entire crew couldn't give a !@#$.

I will never fly Hawaiian airlines again.  They are rude and really stupid people.

Really?  So you had a "near fatal" injury.  This must mean you were taken off of the plane and transported by ambulance(or perhaps helicopter) to the nearest hospital.   Where you have all of the paperwork and doctors statements to back up this claim...Right?

No, here is probably what really happened.  You had a curtain rod fall on your knee.  Where unless the aircraft manufacturers have started making rods out of ancient aboriginal spears, this was probably no more than a small lightweight piece of aluminum.  Unless you are in some oddly shaped aircraft that has a cabin area taller than a 3 story building, it probably fell no more than a couple of feet.   Where the end result was perhaps a minor cut at worst.

But you being a "frequent flyer" decided to try and pull rank on the flight crew by telling them how to do their job.  Where while doing this you made it well known that you are a Frequent Flyer and will have them fired if they so much as tried to do anything you didn't agree with.   Which based on  how you wrote this report they probably showed great restraint if they didn't throw you off of the plane.

By the way, why were you delayed on the tarmac for 2 hours and exactly what orders was the flight crew screaming the entire time?
