Haynes Furniture ripoff damaged table Virginia Beach Virginia

My husband and I bought a dining room table from Haynes in Virginia Beach.

We brought it home ourself. When we opened the box, the table top had a big cut on the top.

We called Haynes and they said to bring it back in for replacement. We packaged it back up and returned it.

We them picked up another one. When we got home, the same thing was wrong with the table. I called again to return.

When we returned home again, the same problem. I called and told them and they said to bring it back. I told them no. You come and pick it up and bring another one wihout delivery charge. After a big go around with that, they did deliver (took two weeks) and when the delivery people set it up the same thing.

They took it back and in 3 weeks we received yet another damaged top. This time I said forget it. We keep the top after they did some sanding and polishing.

It's still not a perfect table for what I paid for.

I understand why they have so many sales now. The customers are getting slim from poor service in all departments and they are trying to bring in new ones.
