HC Processing HC Procesiing is not applying money payments to my balance. Ripoff Springdale Arkansas

I first received my Bowflex and the HC Proceeing account in January 2006. I have always paid over on this account becausae payments were so low. In December 2006 I went out of town for an emergency. I received a letter in March 2007 that I am delinquent on my account and it was been reported as a charge off. Funny thing is that I have made payments, but the month I went out of town (December 2006). The payments I have made were always in the $100 or more a month. I have paid this bill twice a month (1st and 15th of each month). My balance on my credit report as of February 2007 was $2,583 and $1,160 worth of payments later in August 2007 my balance is $2,336 on my credit report as well as the statements I receive from HC Processing. My balance should be at least $1,423. What are they doing with my money...where is it going? And as for the charge off, I have never received any paperwork or notification from the company they (HC Processing) reportedly sold the account to, yet I still make the payments twice a month. I need help to stop the nonsense and payoff this annoying bill. I need my credit report cleared of this headache.
