The same thing happened to me. I ordered an iPhone case on 12/29/07. I WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY. As of today, 01/08/2008, the merchandise has not been delivered yet and their Web site only shows 'ordered' (but not shipped or a tracking number). When you call their number, a recorded message tells you it's been changed. When you call the new one, the line is either busy or nobody answers. No voicemail (you can't leave a message). I have also sent e-mails, but to no avail. No sign of a legitimate business anywhere.
I have already filed a complaint BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and all of us should do the same. Looks like this is a 'ghost' company once you've paid. Stealing is a crime (regardless of the amount) and they should pay for it. Who knows how many of us have been fooled and taken in by these crooks.
