HDI, Buyers Edge Unauthorized charge of $99 on my bank from HDI*CO STORE BUYER Nationwide New Jersey

Wow. After getting an unknown, unauthorized charge on my bank, I decided to search the internet for the HDI company. What a surprise to find almost 100 reports of the same fraud. I had ordered a product from the Company Store and they pitched the buyers club. They said that a info kit and a free $50 gas card would be sent to me. After reviewing the package, I would have a free trial with my gas card to keep even if I wasn't interested. They never even told me how much the membership would cost if I did decide. It should have all been in the trial package. Well I never received a package and then I did receive a $99 charge. Thankfully, one of these reports had a phone number. I just called and the woman I spoke with was great. She canceled the membership and said I should receive a FULL refund of $99 within 2 business days. I also received a confirmation number. And believe me, after reading all these reports, if the charge is not reversed within 2 business days, I will call back with my confirmation number and the name of the person who assisted me. Never again am I ever accepting any trial memberships without seeing all info in writing and providing a signed agreement. Thanks for being here RIPOFF REPORT.
