I worked for the aforementioned company. after roughly one year i had the audacity to question the legality of taking people away from major medical products( i.e. aetna, humana blue cross blue shield) in order to enroll them into a limited medical indemnity product. After being reassuerd of the leagalities. (it's not actually legal) i was promptly terminated from employment. To add insult to injury, Mr Frank gusmano later informed me that it is comapny policy to withhold the last paycheck up to 45 days. so i was left without a job, and without a way to pay all of my bills. Untill 45 days of course.
If you are reading this do yourselves a favor. Do not buy insurance from these crooks. if you have, call and cancel it right now. Demand that every penny including the enrollment fee be returned. And stay away from Gusmano, he is a liar, a cheat, and overall dishonest.

Although the Health Benefits Center has been in business since 2011. They have been inundated with consumer complaints. Consumer complaints both in the form of online review sites similar to this one, google reviews, and unflattering yelp reviews.and even multiple disciplinary actions from state agencies.
As a result of the sullied and tarnished online reputation of the Health Benefits Center. They have changed the corporate name. They are now doing business as Simple Health Solutions or S.I.S.
Don’t fall for the name change scam. It’s still the same overpriced mini-meds or limited indemnity insurance products being dressed up to appear better than real health insurance.
For the Agents, don’t destroy your morals and principles. Get out while you still can. Before Victor De Azza and Frank Gusmano decide to randomly terminate your contract and withhold your last paycheck for two months.
For Clients. Just stay away. And if you fell for their charm call and cancel immediately. get every nickel refunded including the “enrollment” fee.
